Project Manager Building Services Ventilation (m/f/d)

In this role, you take professional charge of complex ventilation projects across all phases and ensure timely, high-quality implementation. You are responsible for coordinating all project participants, ensuring clear processes and making well-founded decisions in technical and organisational areas. As a Senior Project Manager Ventilation, you analyse and structure demanding requirements while keeping costs, quality and deadlines in view. You also ensure that all relevant standards and guidelines are adhered to, thus contributing significantly to the success of the projects.
Responsibilities:
You plan and realise diverse ventilation projects and accompany them from preparation to implementation.
You prepare quotations, coordinate technical clarifications and support efficient project execution.
You organise the required materials and ensure timely procurement.
You participate in construction and coordination meetings and liaise with various project partners.
You independently manage projects and ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a Building Services Planner Ventilation EFZ.
You ideally have further education in the field of HF or FH.
You bring experience in ventilation/air conditioning technology as well as in project management.
You work reliably, resiliently and solution-oriented.
You convince through your customer orientation and enjoyment of teamwork.
