Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a company in the industrial and mechanical engineering sector with over 30 employees at the Müllheim location, we are looking immediately for a careful and responsible individual for the accounting department. In addition to classic accounting tasks, you will also be the direct contact person for dealers and appreciate personal contact with people. In this role, you will take on a varied range of tasks between general ledger, subsidiary ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounting
You contribute to accounts receivable accounting including invoicing
You assist with the booking and verification of accounts payable
You carry out dunning procedures
You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an accounting clerk or a comparable commercial qualification
You bring professional experience in financial accounting; re-entrants after a break are also welcome
You work precisely, independently and in a structured manner
You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and high reliability
You enjoy contact with customers as well as varied tasks and are confident in using Microsoft 365 and the ERP environment
