• You lead, prioritise and organise the activities of a team of nine specialists
• Through close daily support and targeted professional assistance, you create the conditions for joint success
• You translate strategic directives into clear objectives and ensure sustainable management of team performance
• You promote the development of your employees, strengthen their independence and ensure the uniform application of underwriting guidelines
• You handle selected underwriting files and participate in technical decisions
• You work closely with the other teams in the division and engage in cross-departmental projects

This is what sets you apart:

• Federal diploma in insurance or an equivalent qualification
• Extensive professional experience in property insurance for corporate clients as well as a strong understanding of risk assessment and underwriting
• Initial or already substantial leadership experience as well as the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
• Native speaker of German or French (or level C2) as well as very good knowledge of the other language (at least level B2, ideally C1) in spoken and written form
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
