The various tasks awaiting you

• Lead, prioritise and organise the activity of a team of nine specialised managers
• Create the conditions for collective success through close support and targeted technical assistance
• Translate strategic directions into clear objectives and monitor the team’s performance
• Develop skills, encourage autonomy and ensure consistent application of management rules
• Handle certain subscription files and contribute to technical decisions
• Work closely with other teams in the division and participate in cross-functional projects

What makes you unique

• Federal insurance diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in corporate property insurance, with a solid understanding of subscription issues
• Desired team leadership experience, with the ability to make decisions
• Native (or C2) level in French or German, and C1 (minimum B2 level) in the other language, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
