Internal Sales Employee with a Technical Flair (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,600 - 91,000Our client is an established Swiss trading and service company with a broad offering for the construction and industrial sectors. The company operates throughout Switzerland and combines many years of experience with a versatile product and service range.
Role:
As an internal sales employee, you will manage an existing customer portfolio and purposefully develop customer relationships. You will advise on products and individual solutions, identify sales opportunities, and accompany orders from inquiry to delivery. You will work closely with internal specialist departments.
Responsibilities:
Managing and expanding existing customer relationships as well as recognising sales opportunities
Advising on steel, metals, and individual solutions
Independent order processing from inquiry through quotation to delivery
Coordination with internal specialist departments for smooth processing
Sales of products, processing, as well as semi-finished and finished products
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical training, ideally in steel/metal trading, metal construction, or plant and apparatus engineering
Experience in technical sales or project management is an advantage
Strong customer orientation and good technical understanding
Good MS Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
Fluent German, both spoken and written
