Role:

A modern workplace stands and falls with well-managed end devices. This is exactly where you come in as a Microsoft 365 Engineer, taking responsibility for the Windows clients and mobile devices in a cloud-based Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. With Microsoft Intune and automation, you bring stability, security, and speed to operations. Your experience flows directly into architecture, standards, and the further development of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• You develop compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security guidelines for iOS, Windows, and Android, thereby hardening the entire device fleet.

• You package applications and distribute them automatically via Intune to the end devices.

• Furthermore, you plan Windows Update Rings as well as quality and feature updates and keep the clients' patch management up to date.

• You analyse complex issues related to enrolment, software distribution, and client configuration at 3rd and 2nd level and conduct thorough root cause analyses.

• You optimise OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint and automate administrative processes such as onboarding and offboarding with PowerShell.

• Additionally, you drive changes, migrations, and lifecycle measures forward and keep operational concepts and documentation current.

Qualifications:

• You bring at least 3 years of solid experience in endpoint, workplace, or client engineering.

• You know Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 in depth and understand the interplay of identity, security, and endpoint management.

• Experience with Intune, MDM, and MAM is part of your daily routine, as is automated client provisioning via Windows Autopilot.

• Furthermore, you have solid experience with Windows Update for Business, software deployments, and endpoint security technologies.

• You independently solve tricky problems with policies, updates, and deployments while keeping an overview.

• Moreover, you convince through an independent, conscientious working style, write precisely in German, and move effortlessly in English.
