Installation Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Technical & personnel leadership of the installation team on new build and refurbishment projects
Setting up the construction site: construction power, storage areas, safety installations and logistics routes
Work preparation (AVOR) - scheduling and resource planning, checking order documents, creating site reports
Material disposition & tool management: orders, just-in-time deliveries, equipment maintenance
Coordination with site management & other trades - agreeing schedules, clarifying interfaces
Quality & safety controls: compliance with SIA/EN standards, SUVA requirements and internal quality assurance processes
Site reporting & cost monitoring - performance recording, recalculation, additional cost notifications
Support during commissioning & handover: function tests, documentation and customer instruction
Qualifications:
Training as heating/cooling system installer EFZ or plant mechanic SHK; further training as chief installer, foreman or similar
Several years of experience in installation management of heating/cooling projects
Organisational talent, assertiveness and team-oriented leadership
Confident use of MS Office and possibly construction software (SORBA, Messerli)
Driving licence category B; good German skills in spoken and written form
