Experienced Polisher (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Finishing Operator (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will carry out finishing operations, including polishing and buffing of prepared surfaces.
• You will ensure the dimensional and aesthetic control of the produced parts.
• You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes.

Your profile:

• You have experience in polishing and buffing watchmaking clothing components - a major asset.
• You have modular training in watchmaking, particularly in finishing.
• You hold an AFP in Polishing - an asset.
• You have knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing - an asset.
• You demonstrate excellent visual acuity, remarkable dexterity, rigour and attention to detail.
• You are available to work in shift patterns (2x8).
• You are mobile for an initial training period of several months in Geneva before joining the canton of Fribourg.
