The Vocational Education Human Resources of Hirslanden Bern supports around 160 trainees in 18 different training and further education courses in the fields of nursing, medicine, therapy and technology, housekeeping, gastronomy as well as administration. This makes an important contribution to achieving the organisation's overarching corporate goals. Hirslanden Bern includes the three Bernese clinics Salem-Spital, Beau-Site and Permanence as well as the outpatient centres Medical Center Wankdorf and OPERA Bern.

The Vocational Education team of Hirslanden Bern is looking for reinforcement! In your role as Clerk Vocational Education, you support the vocational education team in administrative and organisational matters. You work closely with the training managers and gain exciting insights into 18 different professions at EFZ and tertiary level.

YOUR TASKS

• Support of the administrative recruitment and supervision process of apprentices and students
• Participation in the organisation and implementation of educational events
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in vocational education by email and telephone (educational institutions, trainers, training managers, internal departments, apprentices and students)
• Management of platforms for career choice internships as well as for applications for our training professions
• Assumption of diverse administrative and organisational tasks in close cooperation with the training managers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience, ideally in the education, health or hospitality environment
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders as well as administrative and organisational activities
