We are continuously expanding the Online Commerce area, so we are looking for several employees.

Your new tasks

• Advising, selling, and handling customer enquiries via various channels such as telephone, web chat including video, email, etc.
• Smooth order processing as well as offering our products and services within the scope of customer contact
• Processing mypfister applications and orders
• Additionally, you support the eCommerce team with your input to improve the customer journey

What you bring with you

• You have good German and French skills both spoken and written
• English/Italian skills are an advantage
• You enjoy customer contact
• You enjoy using various digital tools to support our customers
• You like working on different tasks simultaneously and can organise yourself well even in hectic times
• You are a team player and bring an extra dose of humour
• You are flexible and also willing to work on Saturdays (home office possible)
