Application Manager / ICT Application Support (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Technical support and continuous development of business-critical specialist applications as well as ensuring a stable and reliable application operation
Configuration, testing and integration of software solutions and end devices as well as analysis and resolution of issues in user support including on-call duties
Support of releases, updates and patch management activities as well as creation and maintenance of technical system and operational documentation
Participation as a technical specialist in diverse IT projects as well as independent assumption and coordination of defined sub-projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or several years of practical experience in the ICT environment with a focus on support, applications or system operation
Experience in the introduction and support of specialist applications as well as good understanding of end devices, interfaces and operational IT processes
Knowledge in IT service management or ITIL environment; experience with complex technical system landscapes or specialised devices is an advantage
Reliable and solution-oriented personality with strong service orientation, good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
