2 Electricians specialised in MCR - replacement of electrical panels and troubleshooting

For one of our valued clients, we are looking for immediate start:

We are seeking an experienced electrician, MCR specialist, to carry out the replacement of old electrical panel installations and perform on-site troubleshooting. You will work on control and protection systems (MCR) and ensure recommissioning after work, in compliance with standards and deadlines.

Main tasks

• Replacement and modernisation of electrical panels and MCR cabinets.
• Installation, wiring and configuration of control and protection systems.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics on industrial/MCR installations, rapid fault finding and resolution.
• Commissioning, functional testing and compliance checks.
• Writing intervention reports and technical manuals.
• Adherence to safety rules, authorisations and working environment regulations.
• Collaboration with engineers, project managers and on-site teams.

Profile sought

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in industrial electricity and MCR systems.
• Experience in Switzerland essential (familiarity with local specifics, standards and practices on Swiss sites).
• Demonstrated skills in replacing electrical panels and troubleshooting.
• Good level in reading electrical diagrams and EMC/NFC 14-100/NFC 15-100 standards (or equivalents depending on country).
• Autonomy, organisational skills and technical rigour.
• Current electrical authorisations and compliance with safety rules (live working if necessary).
• Driving licence and availability for occasional travel.
• Practical mindset, calm under pressure and ability to prioritise interventions.

• Location: Geneva, travel possible to client sites.
