Do you have a strong network with architects, project owners and investors in French-speaking Switzerland and a taste for business development? Look no further!

Well established, this company is active in wood solutions for interior and exterior design, serving construction professionals and private individuals. To develop its turnover in French-speaking Switzerland, it is looking for a Business Developer – Construction and Real Estate at 100%, on a permanent contract.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You actively prospect the market and identify new clients, markets and projects to conquer
• You detect construction, renovation and fitting-out projects with high potential in advance and develop the company’s prescription
• You develop strong relationships with decision-makers, specifiers and commercial partners and represent the company actively and professionally on the market
• You lead meetings and negotiations through to the conclusion of deals
• You sustainably and profitably develop turnover and achieve the set turnover and margin targets
• You monitor the market, competition and new projects
• You ensure structured follow-up of opportunities, visits and actions in the CRM
• You participate in client events and professional gatherings

You offer your new employer

• You have proven experience in B2B business development in construction in Switzerland
• You have a solid professional network in French-speaking Switzerland, notably with architects
• You have an excellent knowledge of the economic fabric of the region and decision-making circuits
• You have a strong developer temperament: prospecting, opening doors, negotiating and closing
• You are autonomous, organised, persevering and results-oriented
• You hold a driving licence
• You have technical training in construction, ideally in carpentry or cabinetmaking
• You are fluent in French; German is a plus
• You ideally master common IT tools and CRM
