Responsibilities:
Ensuring optimal procurement and disposition of purchasing parts for production and spare parts supply
Material disposition and order processing using SAP
Participation in price negotiations and involvement in supplier evaluations
Creation and renewal of framework agreements in coordination with strategic purchasing
Coordination of quality deviations and complaints with suppliers (8D reports)
Personal, telephone and written contact with suppliers
Qualifications:
- Commercial and/or technical basic training, ideally with further training as a purchasing specialist
- At least three years of professional experience in operational purchasing in a manufacturing company
- Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written
- IT affinity, ideally user knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) and MS Office
- Communicative personality with precise, independent and reliable working style
- Good process understanding and networked thinking
- Cool-headed in hectic situations
