Currently, a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager (80-100%) is sought who manages several companies, is responsible for financial statements, and controls financial processes. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You are responsible for the ongoing accounting of several Swiss companies and prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP with high accuracy and quality standards
- In the tax and payroll area, you manage VAT returns, social insurances, and withholding taxes, support payroll processing, and ensure reliable compliance with all relevant regulations
- You coordinate the external audit, contribute to the IFRS financial statements, and provide important decision-making bases for management with liquidity planning, management reporting, and sound financial analyses
- The varied daily business also includes weekly payment runs, coordination with internal contacts, and structured prioritisation of sensitive finance topics across several companies
You offer your new employer:
- A solid commercial or business administration education provides a good foundation; personalities with a different educational background and many years of relevant finance experience are also welcome
- An advanced qualification in finance and accounting, such as the Swiss federal diploma, or a comparable higher business qualification with strong practical relevance is advantageous
- You bring several years of experience in financial statements according to Swiss GAAP, multiple companies or group structures, as well as very good Excel skills and practical experience with Infoniqa 50 Finance and Payroll; knowledge of Abacus, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics is also helpful
- With your independent and precise working style, discretion, loyalty, and team orientation, you keep an overview even with sensitive topics and communicate very confidently in German and well in English
