Personnel Consultant / Sales Consultant Industry & Technology 100% (m/f/d)

• You actively prospect and support clients in various sectors, such as construction, building, industry and other fields

• You conduct client visits and personnel needs analyses

• You lead the recruitment process: job posting, candidate search, interviews, file compilation
• You place candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You ensure the follow-up and support of employees on assignment
• You use digital tools and networks to develop your client base and attract talent

• Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training in the technical field
• First experience in sales and/or recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, service orientation and commercial flair
• Good command of MS Office, social networks and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good knowledge of French, English is an asset
• Category B driving licence required
