ICT Vocational Trainer (m/f/d)

You provide 2nd-level support for specialised trade and end users in German; French is an advantage
You supervise 1-2 ICT apprentices as a vocational trainer
You manage the Service Provider Portal and coordinate spare parts
You support sales and end customers in technical pre-sales activities
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical or commercial education
You have good IT knowledge, ideally also in macOS and Linux
You enjoy continuous training and building technical knowledge
You communicate confidently in German and English; French is an advantage
