Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
The company operates in healthcare and supports customers with specialised services and solutions for patient care. Quality, reliability, and customer-oriented service are central.
Responsibilities:
In this versatile role, you will manage the financial accounting and ensure the timely preparation of financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER.
You will coordinate the consolidation of the Swiss companies and optimise processes around working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
You will be a key contact for audit, compliance, and tax matters including VAT returns.
You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning and prepare decision-making materials for management.
Qualifications:
A further qualification in finance and accounting or a comparable higher education forms your foundation.
You bring several years of professional experience and are confident in financial accounting and preparing financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER.
Knowledge of goods flow processes and a good understanding of business management contexts are important.
You work confidently with Excel and ERP systems and impress with an independent and pragmatic working style.
Very good German and English skills.
