Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for project processing and execution planning of demanding architectural and building projects. You will take responsibility within a larger project team for the independent creation and coordination of planning documents and accompany complex construction projects through the relevant design and realisation phases. The focus is on digital architectural planning with Archicad, constructive detail development, and interdisciplinary coordination with specialist planners. The position combines technically demanding architectural planning, BIM-supported project processing, and independent responsibility in a professional and team-oriented planning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Independent handling of demanding architectural and building projects within an interdisciplinary project team

• Responsibility for defined project areas in design and execution planning, taking into account aesthetic, technical, and economic requirements

• Creation and processing of design, approval, execution, and working drawings across the relevant SIA service phases

• Digital architectural planning and 3D building modelling with Archicad, including building, editing, and maintaining consistent planning models

• Development and elaboration of constructive detail and connection solutions for building envelopes, facades, interior fittings, and other building technology components

• Coordination of all architectural plans and technical project documents regarding completeness, dimensional accuracy, and constructability

• Coordination of architectural planning with structural engineering, building services, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project processing

• Participation in BIM-supported planning and digital specialist coordination, including model comparisons and handling of planning interfaces

• Technical clarification of planning and execution questions in close cooperation with project management, specialist planners, and contractors

• Quality assurance of planning documents considering relevant Swiss SIA standards, building regulations, and project-specific requirements

• Support in tenders and planning support during construction, including processing plan adjustments and technical queries

• Close collaboration with the internal architecture and project team as well as independent organisation and timely processing of assigned planning tasks

Qualifications:

• Completed architecture studies at ETH or FH or an equivalent higher education in architecture or construction planning

• At least three years of professional experience in architectural planning in Swiss building construction with sound knowledge of local planning and construction processes

• Very good user knowledge of Archicad for creating execution and detail plans as well as digital 2D and 3D building modelling

• Experience in later SIA service phases, especially tendering, execution planning, and realisation, and/or solid BIM training is an advantage

• Sound knowledge of building construction, technical detail development, and coordination of interdisciplinary planning documents

• Knowledge of relevant Swiss SIA standards and building regulations as well as experience working with architects, specialist planners, and other project participants

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form for technical project processing and planning coordination as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style
