To support our development, we are looking for a:
Laboratory Application Specialist – Field Application Specialist (M/F) – 80 to 100 %
Your tasks:
- Participate in the installation of medical equipment within analysis laboratories and medical centres
- Share your technical knowledge and train practice teams in the proper use of the systems
- Take part in the operational start-up of instruments and assist clients in getting to grips with their new instruments
- Ensure follow-up and resolution of any issues at the client’s site: device use, internal control, external control, etc.
- Contribute to writing simplified user procedures or any other documents related to the devices
- Document, monitor and ensure the quality of interventions
- Prepare national or international events (trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.) and participate in them
- Take part in marketing activities (promotion, document creation, etc.)
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and clients

Your profile:
With a CFC laboratory technician qualification in biology, a biomedical analysis technician diploma ES, or a master’s degree in biology, you have at least 3 years’ experience as a medical analysis laboratory technician or laboratory application specialist.
You possess knowledge in biochemistry, immunology, haematology and are proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
A good understanding of English is necessary (level B2/C1); German is a plus.
You demonstrate dynamism, flexibility and a good team spirit. You know how to be concise and get to the point. You are adaptable, open-minded and have a strong sense of customer service.
