Project Manager in Hydraulic Infrastructure (Civil Engineering) - 80% to 100%
Mandated by one of our clients, a major and recognised player in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager specialised in Hydraulic Civil Engineering.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Within the Production Infrastructure Department, you will take responsibility for large-scale projects related to the modernisation and development of hydraulics facilities of regional importance:
Project management from A to Z: Oversee all phases (feasibility studies, planning and site supervision) for hydraulic infrastructures.
Partner management: Select, mandate and supervise the services of consulting engineering firms and construction companies.
Institutional relations: Represent the client’s interests with the competent authorities, commissions and various stakeholders.
Technical and operational monitoring: Ensure the implementation of planning tools, coordinate the management of geographic data (GIS) and ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.
Technical expertise: Provide your specialised know-how within the team, particularly on issues related to underground works and developments in fluvial environments.
Your Profile:
Education: University degree or engineering school diploma (ETH, HES or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience in civil engineering project management, acquired in a Swiss consulting office.
Technical skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulic structures, underground structures and material flow management (excavations).
Contractual know-how: Mastery of legal aspects of construction, current standards and management of major works contracts.
Languages: Fluent in German (minimum C1) and good level of French, both spoken and written.
Personal qualities: Natural leadership, excellent communication skills, analytical rigour and strong team spirit.
