For our client, an internationally active, family-run company based in Central Switzerland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as:

Internal Sales Staff / Customer Service (m/f/d, 80-100%)

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• You are the hub between international customers, sales, marketing, finance and production. The role is newly created, and you will shape it from the outset.
• You independently handle customer orders from all over Europe, from order to shipping and invoicing.
• You process enquiries, complaints and returns and maintain customer master data.
• You coordinate product registrations in Europe and align the needs of the local hubs with production planning.
• You support trade marketing (POS materials, giveaways) and take on tasks in finance and accounting as needed.

You bring the following profile to this position:

• Completed commercial basic training (KV/EFZ) as well as 3-5 years of experience in internal sales or order processing, ideally in an international SME.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (requirement); Spanish is an advantage.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and solid ERP experience; Business Central/Navision is an advantage.
• Structured, independent and service-oriented working style, as well as discretion and enjoyment in working with different cultures.
