Role:

Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for demanding audit and consulting projects and work with various business units and international stakeholders.
You assess business processes from a risk-oriented perspective, identify weaknesses and derive concrete measures to improve controls and procedures.
With well-founded audit reports and clear recommendations, you create a reliable decision-making basis for management and support the further development of governance.
You identify new risk areas and contribute your expertise to the strategic planning of the audit programme as well as to the continuous improvement of audit standards.
You promote the use of analytics, digital applications and AI in auditing, support their integration into daily work and ensure high-quality implementation.
Qualifications:
You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or a comparable field.
You bring experience from an industrial or B2B environment; a background in the Big Four with a focus on internal audit is an advantage.
Managing complex audit mandates and professional collaboration with executive management and senior stakeholders are among your proven strengths.
You are familiar with risk management, governance structures and internal control frameworks and use data analysis and AI-based tools purposefully to improve audit results.
Your strong communication skills convince in English and German.
