We look forward to this profile

• University degree in agronomy, animal nutrition, food sciences, business administration or a comparable field
• Proven leadership and management experience, ideally in the feed, agricultural, food or raw materials sector
• Demonstrated knowledge in animal nutrition, compound feed production as well as raw material and procurement management
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as high decision-making and implementation skills
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams as well as in innovation and change management
• Convincing leadership personality with communication skills, negotiation skills and confident appearance
