Junior Consultant Public Administrations (m/f/d) 80–100%
What you will achieve
- You support our team in advising and auditing clients from the public administration and non-profit organisation sectors
- You contribute to projects in organisational and business consulting with a focus on finance
- You prepare contributions to decision-making bases and presentations for our clients
- You assist in analysing and optimising processes
- You contribute to the further development of internal tools and working methods
- If required, you support our clients in interim mandates during personnel shortages
- You actively work in the team and take on initial independent tasks in projects
What makes you successful
- You have a commercial basic education and have already gained initial professional experience – ideally related to public administration
- You are interested in organisational development and process optimisation
- You have a structured and analytical way of thinking
- You are an open, eager-to-learn personality and enjoy working in a team
- You convince with a clear and precise manner of expression in German
- You enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics and taking on responsibility
