Together with our client, we are looking for a Financial Accountant (80-100%). This is an internationally active Swiss industrial company with a strong market position and a long-standing tradition. The location is in the Basel region and is very easily accessible by car.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Responsibility for general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Preparation of national and international VAT returns
• Preparation of analyses, key figures, and ad-hoc evaluations
• Participation in process optimisations, internal control systems, and financial projects

You offer your new employer:

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience with financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Solid SAP FI/CO knowledge
• Very good knowledge in the area of VAT (CH and international)
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
