Together with our client, an internationally active company in the logistics sector in the Basel metropolitan area, we are looking for a committed individual for a versatile position as Clerk / Clerk Financial Accounting & HR Administration (80 - 100 %). Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable including dunning and debt collection
• Support in personnel administration and payroll accounting, including social security
• Verification and posting of expense reports as well as management of the time tracking system
• Participation in general administrative tasks and close cooperation with internal contacts

You offer your new employer:

• Completed commercial basic training as well as several years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experience in personnel administration is an advantage as well as proficient use of MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus
• Confident German as well as very good French and English skills in spoken and written form
• Resilient, independent personality with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
