Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Line Support
- Support and advise managers on all HR issues related to their teams.
- Support leaders in performance management, organisational development, and change management.
- Challenge and support decisions related to organisations, staffing, and team development.
- Participate in resolving complex situations by providing pragmatic and solution-oriented recommendations.
- Develop trusting relationships with executives and managers to contribute to the overall performance of the organisation.
- Provide HR analyses and relevant indicators to inform decision-making.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead talent reviews and succession exercises within your scope.
- Identify high-potential talents and support development plans.
- Advise managers on career paths and internal mobility opportunities.
- Support employees in their professional growth and development.
- Participate in defining and implementing talent retention strategies.
- Contribute to developing a culture of performance, learning, and excellence.
Performance & Engagement
- Support performance management campaigns and objective setting.
- Advise managers on individual development plans.
- Support initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and experience.
- Analyse HR trends and identify improvement levers.
Transformation & HR Projects
- Participate in strategic HR projects and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Support organisational changes while ensuring quality employee experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise and international People teams.
Candidate Profile
Education
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or equivalent discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including several years as an HR Business Partner in an international environment but based in Switzerland.
- Proven experience supporting managers and executive populations.
- Strong expertise in Talent Management, organisational development, and performance management.
- Experience in matrix and multicultural environments.
- Experience in the luxury sector, premium retail, or high-end consumer goods is a real asset.
- Fluent in English and French.
