Winter Service Employee (m/f/d) – Assignments from the end of October!

• Location: Kilchberg ZH

• Employment type: Temporary (approx. 3–4 months)

• Start date: End of October 2026

• Working hours: On-call duty / assignments depending on weather (work-intensive early mornings from approx. 04:00 to 05:00)

Your tasks at a glance

• Snow clearance & ice control: Professional clearing of snow on pavements, squares and driveways.

• Spreading service: Application of salt, grit or gravel to prevent ice and secure traffic routes.

• Early assignments: Reliable work during early morning hours in wintry weather conditions.

• Vehicle & licence (mandatory): Valid driving licence (Category B) is essential (mobile for assignments from 04:00/05:00 in the morning).

• Reliability & flexibility: Very high reliability for early assignments and readiness for spontaneous call-outs depending on snowfall.

• Physical fitness: Enjoyment of physical work outdoors and resilience to weather.

• Language skills: Good German skills for coordination within the team.

• Seasonal temporary employment for the winter months (3–4 months)

• Fair remuneration including all statutory allowances for early assignments
