Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

You will take over the local construction management of demanding building construction projects and coordinate all parties involved from construction preparation to successful project completion. You ensure a smooth construction process, keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and costs, and are the central contact for all internal and external project partners.
Responsibilities:
Assuming the local construction management from construction preparation to project completion
Leading and coordinating the involved contractors, craftsmen, and specialist planners
Coordinating all trades and monitoring workflows regarding deadlines and quality
Organising and conducting tender negotiations and construction meetings
Coordinating and accompanying execution up to billing and project handover
Contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and craftsmen
Ensuring professional and timely project execution
Participation in tendering and awarding procedures
Application and compliance with relevant SIA standards and building regulations
Use of digital tools for efficient construction administration and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed further training as federally certified construction manager, technician HF building construction or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as construction manager in Switzerland
Sound knowledge in the realisation of demanding building construction projects
Confident handling of relevant SIA standards
Experience in the tender phase is an advantage
Openness to digital working methods and confident use of MS Office
Experience with construction administration software such as Provis, Bluebeam or Dalux is an advantage
Negotiation skills as well as pronounced abilities in coordinating various stakeholders
Pragmatic, solution-oriented and structured working style
High initiative, strong communication skills and pronounced team spirit
