Branch Manager Fashion Sales

For an established fashion store in the Pizol region, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational management of the branch
• Leadership, scheduling and motivation of the sales team
• Active customer advice and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Inventory management, presentation of collections and cash register closing
• Achieving sales targets as well as implementing sales promotions

Your profile:

• Experience in retail, ideally in the fashion sector
• Initial leadership experience or clear willingness to take responsibility
• Sales-strong, communicative and reliable personality
• Enjoyment of fashion, trends and direct customer contact
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays
