Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

The scope of services ranges from the basic IT equipment of individual workstations to large and demanding network solutions for enterprise and carrier. Role:
In this role, as an ICT System Engineer, you design innovative cloud solutions and turnkey ICT infrastructures precisely tailored to individual customer needs. You work in an environment characterised by high innovation, quality, and warmth and are actively involved in advancing companies in their digital transformation. You support supra-regional customers from various industries and ensure that the provided ICT solutions are reliable, high-performing, and future-oriented. Additionally, you assist with extended consulting services and after-sales support to ensure sustainable added value for customers. Responsibilities:
As an ICT System Engineer, you plan, implement, and operate future-oriented ICT systems for customers using current technologies
You drive customer projects forward together with your team
In this role, you resolve 2nd and 3rd level cases for customers
You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of ICT systems and document issues
You identify customer needs and independently optimise their ICT systems
You lead your own development projects and thus shape the further development of the company
Qualifications:
You already have several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer and bring a background from an ICT system service provider
You work independently and solution-oriented in an innovative team
You offer customers clear added value through your sales flair
You are passionate about your task so that no day feels like a boring job
