Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Architect / Project Manager Architecture for the planning and realisation of demanding construction projects in Switzerland. You take responsibility for all relevant SIA service phases and combine conceptual and design quality with technically precise implementation. In doing so, you coordinate external specialist planners and experts and manage the projects in terms of costs, deadlines and quality. As the central interface to clients, authorities and project partners, you ensure professional project execution up to successful realisation.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management and architectural handling of demanding construction projects
Responsibility for planning and implementation across the relevant SIA service phases
Further development of architectural concepts to execution-ready solutions
Management and coordination of external specialist planners and experts
Ensuring technical and spatial specialist coordination
Responsibility for deadline, cost and quality targets within the projects managed
Development and review of demanding constructive and architectural detail solutions
Ensuring high design, technical and planning quality standards
Coordination and communication with clients, authorities and other project partners
Organisation and leadership of project, planning and coordination meetings
Support of approval, tendering and realisation processes
Ensuring consistent planning and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or comparable higher education
At least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland as an architect or project manager
Solid experience in coordinating external specialist planners and interdisciplinary planning teams
Very good technical-constructive understanding and experience across several SIA service phases
Confident handling of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Solid user knowledge in Vectorworks or ArchiCAD
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
