What Awaits You
In this role, you will work within the Partner Distribution department, which is responsible for managing the clients and products of our banking partners, for our activities related to the 2nd and 3rd pillars.
What You Can Achieve With Us
Your main task is to manage the administration related to private provident contracts of our partners' clients.
You handle administrative changes, technical requests and analyse complex management cases.
Additionally, you collaborate closely within this small team and respond to clients' questions.
What You Bring
- Commercial employee CFC (the AFA insurance intermediary certificate is an advantage)
- Experience in insurance or banking, ideally in provident services
- Excellent organisational skills and very good priority management
- Proactive and autonomous personality with a strong client orientation
- Excellent knowledge of French and German is essential
