Clerk Order Processing / Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss company in mechanical and plant engineering with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer orders from entry to dispatch
Organisation of international deliveries including customs clearance and document preparation
Coordination of delivery dates with customers, freight forwarders and internal contacts
Maintenance of price data as well as creation and verification of invoices
Clarification of order queries with customers and suppliers
Support of sales in administrative tasks
Coordination of goods flow for import and export orders
Participation in the further development of existing processes
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship EFZ with practical experience in trade, logistics or export
Knowledge of international order processing and relevant customs procedures
Experience with invoicing, price management and commercial processes
Structured organisation of multiple orders and appointments
Independent and reliable working style in daily business
Strong customer and service orientation
Practical approach and willingness to take on operational tasks independently
Confident command of German and English languages
