As a Reporting & Power BI Specialist, you transform data from SAP, CRM and Microsoft Fabric into clear, reliable reports for Controlling, Sales, Aftersales, Finance and Marketing.
You are not only a developer but also a data storyteller and strategic partner of the specialist departments.

What you can achieve with us
- End-to-End Reporting: You design, develop and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards throughout the entire reporting lifecycle and ensure their sustainable operation
- Business Partnering:You work closely with the specialist departments Controlling, Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Finance, gather requirements and translate them into viable reporting and analytics solutions
- Data Storytelling & Analytics:You transform complex data from various sources into clear, understandable insights, identify relevant business questions and derive data-driven optimisation potentials
- Governance & Quality:You ensure high data and reporting quality, define and establish standards, are responsible for documentation as well as version and deployment processes
- Enablement & Collaboration:You empower key users for self-service BI (including Power BI and Copilot) and promote efficient collaboration between internal and external partners
What you bring with you
- Education and training: Technical or commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by studies/further training in business informatics, computer science or business administration
- Professional experience & business understanding: At least 3 years of experience in the finance/controlling environment, ideally with project experience and industry knowledge
- Data & BI expertise: Solid experience in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric as well as in structured data preparation
- Technical skills: Very good SQL knowledge (e.g. Azure SQL, Fabric Warehouse, SAP extracts) and solid technical understanding
- Analytical personality & communication: Analytical mindset, enthusiasm for data and insights, very good German skills as well as good French skills
