YOUR TASKS

• Appointment management by arrangement
• Contact person and interface for defined OPERA stakeholders
• Independent handling of correspondence with various stakeholders
• Management of document filing
• Support/assistance in the continuous procurement and analysis of operational reports
• Processing of specialist queries and administrative tasks on behalf of superiors

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training
• Strong organisational talent
• Open, flexible and reliable personality
• Very good knowledge of German
• Confident in the use of MS Office
