Role:

In this role, you contribute to supporting innovative ICT solutions that accompany companies in the next step of their digital transformation. You help manage customer-oriented and customised offers and professionally support extended consulting and after-sales services. As an ICT supporter (m/f/d), you use your expertise to efficiently solve demanding requirements and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:

• You support our customers as the first point of contact in a wide range of ICT topics
• In this role, you primarily provide support remotely from the workplace and occasionally directly on-site with customers
• As an ICT supporter, you contribute to the operation and maintenance of our customers’ ICT infrastructures
• You independently handle incidents and service requests at 1st and 2nd level
• In this role, you lead your own development projects and thus shape the further development of our company

Qualifications:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or an equivalent education in the ICT support environment specialising in system technology or platform development and bring product-specific certifications
• You are characterised by integrity, loyalty, commitment, perseverance, service orientation, customer focus, resilience, initiative, and flexibility
• You possess strong problem-solving skills as well as analytical and networked thinking
• You are a team player with high integration and communication skills and respond empathetically to internal and external needs
• You think entrepreneurially and work in a structured manner, utilising your analytical and networked thinking abilities
• You show high motivation, continuously educate yourself, and apply your innovative ability and creativity to new solutions
