You mainly work on the construction machinery. If necessary, you also support the incoming goods inspection (weighbridge) or work with the crushing plant.
Do you appreciate variety? Then this could be exactly your next position.
Your tasks:
Working with the wheel loader for loading, unloading and inventory management
Sampling, checking and documenting material samples according to QS specifications
Feeding and operating the mobile crushing plant (Gipo130)
Active participation in the optimisation of workflows, processes and technical equipment
Recognising, reporting and assisting in rectifying faults, irregularities and safety deficiencies
Adhering to and consistently implementing occupational safety and environmental regulations
Support with maintenance and cleaning work
If necessary, support with incoming goods inspection / weighbridge (after appropriate introduction and training)
What do I need to be successful?
Technical or manual basic training (e.g. plant operator, mechanic, construction practitioner) or equivalent
Experience as a construction machinery operator is an advantage (certificates M2, M3)
Experience in the gravel, concrete or building materials industry is an advantage
Good technical understanding as well as practical and solution-oriented thinking
High sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
Flexibility and willingness to take on cross-departmental responsibility
Good German language skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
What are my benefits?
Varied and responsible work in a dynamic, collegial working environment with short decision-making paths
Work with modern equipment, clearly defined processes and contemporary infrastructure
Diverse daily work with the opportunity to get to know different areas of activity
Continuous development of your skills through changing tasks depending on plant location, plant type and season
Fair and contemporary employment conditions
Above-average social benefits
Collaboration in a well-rehearsed, helpful team
