To continue successfully implementing our interesting and complex projects, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Team Leader Building Construction 80-100% at the Zurich location, who enjoys actively working on our projects and becoming part of our success with their team.

Your area of responsibility

• Leading a team (approx. 8 people) consisting of structural engineers and draftsmen/designers
• Managing projects in structural engineering (residential, industrial and commercial buildings)
• Application of modern planning methods (BIM, BIM2Field)
• Preparation of offers and tenders
• Building, expanding and maintaining customer relationships
• Responsibility for the technical, timely and financial project execution
• Competent support and advice to our customers and project partners

Your profile

• Degree as a structural engineer ETH/FH/UNI
• Solid expertise in structural engineering
• Many years of professional experience as a structural engineer
• Knowledge of Swiss standards and building culture
• Communicative, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial personality
• Strong personal network in the Zurich area
