We wish to recruit an HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F) – 100% on behalf of a company specialised in building technologies and energy maintenance.

Mission:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance operations on technical installations.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repair interventions.
• Participate in commissioning and adjustment of HVAC installations.
• Perform replacement and refurbishment of various technical equipment.
• Ensure follow-up of maintenance contracts.
• Work on heating, heat production, cooling and ventilation installations.
• Participate in the on-call service according to the service organisation.
• Guarantee a professional and solution-oriented client relationship.

Profile

• Training in heating, cooling, air conditioning or technical maintenance.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of technical installations.
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, regulation and thermal equipment.
• Experience with heat pumps, refrigeration systems or similar installations.
• Fluids permit: an advantage.
• Autonomous, reliable person with a good sense of service.
