For our headquarters based in Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for a: EHS Specialist
Your Mission
Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will contribute to the deployment and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environment activities on site. You will support operational teams in applying regulatory and internal requirements, conduct inspections, participate in audits, and lead awareness actions with employees.
The position also includes a strong component of analysis and monitoring of HSE performance through the implementation of indicators, creation of dashboards, preparation and presentation of reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct Health, Safety and Environment inspections on site;
- Participate in the identification and assessment of risks as well as the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions;
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the ISO 14001 environmental management system and MSST requirements;
- Draft and update documentation;
- Participate in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits;
- Lead training sessions, awareness campaigns and presentations with teams;
- Support managers and employees in applying good HSE practices;
- Collect, analyse and monitor HSE performance indicators;
- Develop dashboards and regular reports for Management;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety and environment.
Your Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Master’s level) or university training in Health, Occupational Safety, Environment, HSE or equivalent field
- Initial experience gained through internships, work-study programmes or a first job is an advantage
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental principles in an industrial setting
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 standard requirements and the MSST system
- Knowledge of audit principles, field inspections and risk assessment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Critical thinking, analytical skills and ability to propose solutions
- Diplomacy, pedagogy and ability to raise awareness among teams on HSE issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Very good command of Excel, especially for creating dashboards, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis and using pivot tables (PT)
- Ability to transform data into relevant indicators and improvement recommendations
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, good level of English (B2)

Contract: Permanent full-time (100%)
