Your mission
We are looking, immediately or at an agreed date, for a change management specialist to join our Culture & Organisation team. You support managers, teams, and organisational units in their development and change processes, and strengthen a culture of collaboration based on SSR’s vision, mission, and values. Particular emphasis is placed on supporting cultural and organisational development within the framework of SSR’s transformation. In this context, you reconcile a common national framework with regional needs and organise implementation in collaboration with the relevant services.
Within the Culture & Organisation team, you will focus in particular on the following topics:
- Supporting change projects within the framework of the transformation and implementing appropriate change measures
- Advising and supporting managers, project leaders, and HR partners in change management
- Designing and facilitating cultural, organisational, and team development programmes, and strengthening leadership and collaboration
- Analysing change needs and risks, evaluating the impact of measures, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Encouraging networking beyond linguistic, regional, and sectoral boundaries and sharing and disseminating proven approaches and experiences
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in cultural and organisational development, as well as solid experience in designing and supporting complex change projects
- University degree in organisational psychology, psychology, business administration, or equivalent training, complemented by further training in organisational development, systemic consulting, or change management
- Systemic thinking ability as well as aptitude for analysing complex systems and translating them into effective solutions
- Strong initiative, excellent advisory and communication skills, and a taste for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good command of German and French; good knowledge of another national language would be an advantage
What we offer you
- An exciting, lively, and dynamic environment
- A great deal of freedom of action as well as a high degree of autonomy
- A position in a national environment comprising four linguistic regions and offering multiple perspectives
- A motivated, interdisciplinary, and open team with a high level of professional competence
