What you will drive
- Responsibility for smooth service
- Compliance with and optimisation of process specifications (quality, hygiene and procedure)
- Active participation at the front
- Preparation of coffee specialties and cocktails
- Various administrative tasks (daily accounts, orders, etc.)
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified restaurant specialist and initial leadership experience
- Experience in gastronomy, ideally in system gastronomy, combined with solid business acumen
- Very good IT user skills and German language skills at C1-C2 level; additional foreign languages (English, Italian, French) are an advantage
- Warm and proactive host personality with confident manners and a poised appearance in front of guests
- Hands-on, initiative-taking, flexible and team-oriented with joy in taking responsibility and being successful together
