A socio-professional master in landscaping 80%-100%

Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Vernier site, we are looking for:

Mission:

• Supervise beneficiaries in a training section
• Support beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
• Develop and implement individualised socio-professional projects
• Find internship placements or apprenticeship contract takeovers
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Geneva companies and institutions
• Manage and develop productive and training professional activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Profile and skills:

• Landscape gardener CFC or equivalent qualification essential
• MSP training would be an asset
• Proven experience in professional training and apprenticeships in Geneva
• Good knowledge of landscaping companies and the Geneva economic fabric
• Strong interest in supporting young people in professional rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, entrepreneurial spirit
• Autonomy, stress resistance and flexibility
• Adaptability and real ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
