Employee Care Asylum 80 - 100 %
Exciting tasks await:
- Accompanying and caring for refugees as well as ensuring smooth operation in the assigned accommodation
- Independent organisation of administration, including maintenance of the client database, processing of invoices and formal correspondence with internal and external bodies
- Targeted support in the integration process according to cantonal guidelines as well as complete and legally compliant file management in Tutoris
- Contact person for authorities, doctors/hospitals as well as internal and external bodies
- Ensuring operational maintenance in cooperation with the property service
What you bring:
- Completed training in social or health care and corresponding professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) as well as good spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle
- Interest and openness in dealing with refugees and enjoyment of meaningful work
- Independent, team-oriented and solution-focused working style as well as high social competence

It is the appeals authority in the area of social assistance and supports municipalities in implementing their family and senior policies. In doing so, we work closely with other administrative offices, municipalities, other cantons, the federal government and third-party organisations.
