General Care Nurses (M/F)

To complete our existing teams and to meet growing needs, we are looking for versatile and experienced nurses in the hospital sector in the canton of Vaud:

Structure and contract:

• Facilities based in the canton of Vaud combining public and private care
• Specialities offered: General and specialised surgery, General and specialised medicine, Emergency, Intensive care, Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, Palliative care....
• Temporary assignments

Your profile:

• You hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent for more than 2 years with diploma recognition by the Swiss Red Cross,
• You have a confirmed and successful initial experience of at least 6 months in the hospital sector in Switzerland,
• You are versatile and open to discovering multiple care sectors,
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to manage your emotions,
• You are rigorous, adaptable and flexible

Your mission:

• Ensure specific and personalised patient care according to unit protocols,
• Participate in the development and evolution of the care plan according to your assessments,
• Comfortable with technology, you plan, organise and provide care within your own role and in partnership with the nursing assistant,
• Ensure traceability and transmission of essential information for care,
• Inform the patient and their family about the care provided and the progress of the care,
