Technical Product Manager Industry (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss company with a technical focus. The company develops and supports sophisticated technical products and solutions, combining technical know-how with high customer and service orientation. A versatile environment and collaboration with international partners characterise the company.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a versatile role at the interface between technology, customers, and operational business. You accompany technical products through various life phases and ensure that customer concerns, service offerings, and internal processes are efficiently coordinated.
Responsibilities:
Receive and assess technical issues from the market and define appropriate measures together with the responsible specialists
Ensure the support of complex products after their launch and use insights from operations for further improvements
Coordinate service-related business cases and agree on necessary steps regarding warranty, spare parts, and repair issues
Act as the central contact person between international customers, external partners, and internal departments
Maintain supplier relationships and further develop cooperation with external service providers regarding quality and reliability
Analyse causes of recurring faults and initiate sustainable improvements
Prepare information from technical cases and make it accessible for product development, manufacturing, and service
Update relevant processes and product information in the company IT systems
Qualifications:
Technical education at vocational or university level
Professional experience in a technical coordination role, product management, or service business
Experience with complex technical products, ideally from vehicle technology, refrigeration/air conditioning technology, industrial systems, or a related field
Knowledge in handling warranty and service cases as well as dealing with customers and suppliers
Confident use of ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Very good English skills and good German skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate permanently
