Clerk*in Sales Internal Service 100% (m/f/d) – Bern / Sense Region

For a world-leading industrial company in the field of high-quality safety and special products, we are looking for immediate or agreed reinforcement for the dynamic internal sales team. Main tasks include:

• Telephone and written customer support (D/F) as well as close cooperation with the field sales team

• Complete order processing from quotation to invoicing including price calculations

• Coordination of procurement with production plants and external suppliers

• Monitoring delivery deadlines and managing special deliveries

• Complaint management and handling of replacement orders

Requirements include:

• Commercial or technical basic training (EFZ), ideally with further education

• Initial professional experience in internal sales or sales environment

• German or French at native speaker level with good knowledge of the other language

• Confident use of MS Office; SAP or CAD knowledge is an advantage

• Quick comprehension, customer orientation, and enjoyment of teamwork
