Are you the holder of a master’s degree in work and organisational psychology or a commercial employee CFC supplemented by the HR manager certificate or an equivalent qualification?

Do you have proven experience in the field of human resources and in interview techniques?

Human Resources Advisor

Your missions

As a human resources advisor, you train and support beneficiaries of the professional reintegration measure to help them develop their skills. You provide advice and expertise to sector managers. Your main activities include:

• Developing the professional and personal skills of beneficiaries to promote their re/integration into the labour market
• Conducting skills assessments of beneficiaries and their employability level in collaboration with sector managers
• Mobilising beneficiaries around their professional project (preparing a professional file, job search strategy) to promote their professional integration
• Supporting beneficiaries in their job search
• Acting as an interface between Démarche and its various referrers at the operational level
• Managing the administration of beneficiaries’ files
